EmitraPlus was initially launched by Shri Ashok Gehlot, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan Government, in 2019. Whose main objective is to help the common citizens of the state to access government services. Through EmitraPlus, citizens can avail government schemes, make online payments, and apply for various types of certificates.
eMitraPlus is an online platform run by the Government of Rajasthan, which aims to help citizens access various facilities of the state government. Through this platform, the work of various departments of the state government like Municipal Corporation, District Council, Government Department etc. can be done online. In this, citizens can avail various types of services while sitting at their home.

What is E-Mitra Plus Kiosk Machine:-
The e-Mitra Plus kiosk machine looks like an ATM. It has 32 inch LED monitor device, web camera, cash counter, card reader, metallic keyboard, thermal printer for receipt, finger print machine, laser printer etc. There will be two types of machines in it, in which the facility of video conferencing will also be available in the first machine.

Benefits of government schemes:-
Through EmitraPlus, citizens can avail the benefits of government schemes, such as pension scheme, electricity bill, road scheme etc.
Online Payment: Through EmitraPlus citizens can make online payments, like electricity bill, water bill, property tax, etc.
Certificate Application: With eMitraPlus, citizens can apply online for various certificates, such as birth certificate, death certificate, income certificate, copy of Jamabandi, domicile, electricity, water bill deposit, machine copy of Jamabandi, birth-death. Facilities like printing of caste, domicile certificate, payment of electricity and water bills etc. will be available. Through the web camera present in the machine, one can also talk to the village senior officials through video conference. Installation of e-Mitra Plus kiosks in Gram Panchayats will provide a lot of relief to the people. Besides, the arbitrariness of e-Mitra operators will be curbed.
E-Governance Services: eMitraPlus provides e-Governance services to the citizens, through which citizens can easily get their work done online without any physical office visit.

To get operator ID of EmitraPlus, you need to follow the given steps :-
Registration: First of all you have to visit the official website of eMitraPlus or contact lsp and fill the registration form. In this form, you will have to fill your name, address, contact details, and any other information.
Verification: After registration, your information will be verified. In the verification process you will be required to submit copies of your identity proof and address proof.
Training: To become an operator of EmitraPlus you will have to take training. In the training you will be taught about the services and machines of EmitraPlus.
Operator ID Issuance: Once your verification and training is complete, your Emitra ID will be merged into the EmitraPlus machine by the EmitraPlus team. Using this ID you can provide the services of eMitraPlus.
